from your existing forms.
The solution achieves an enviable degree of accuracy extracting
information from machine print, handprint, mark sense and one-
and two-dimensional bar codes. As it extracts information, you
can apply business rules to validate the data. Once the data is
extracted and validated, questionable characters or fields are
displayed for you to correct or accept. The final step is to
create an ASCII file of the validated, corrected and verified
data from the forms for further processing. All of this is
performed with minimal human supervision or intervention.

AnyDocINVOICE
AnyForm automatically identifies and extracts the key components
of every invoice; invoice number and date, purchase order
number, total amount due, terms, payment due date, etc. This
combination of the extracted data and imaged invoice is now in
perfect format to feed your imaging system for storage and
retrieval as well as any ODBC-compliant database. A scanner and
standard desktop computer can take the place of rows of data
entry personnel manually entering the information.
